Tree Masters Tree Service was established on May 13, 1988 with a straightforward idea: provide dependable tree care, treat people fairly and build a reputation one property at a time.
Since then, the equipment has changed, the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex has grown dramatically and tree-care science has advanced. What has not changed is the value of hands-on experience and professional judgment.
Decades in the field teach lessons that cannot be learned from a sales script. Every tree, property and customer situation is different. Good tree care begins by paying attention.

Sometimes the Best Tree Work Is the Work You Do Not Need
Tree Masters does not believe every tree problem should end with a chainsaw. Removal is sometimes necessary, but diagnosis, pruning, treatment, support or simply monitoring the tree may be the better answer.
Mature trees take decades to replace. When a valuable tree has a reasonable path forward, preservation deserves serious consideration.
Customers should understand the reason behind a recommendation, including what can wait, what should be watched and what truly needs attention.

Tree Masters has always been a hands-on company. The owner’s role is not simply to sell tree work—it is to evaluate what is happening, explain what matters and help the customer make a good decision.
That may mean recommending removal when a tree has become unsafe. It may mean correcting poor structure before it becomes a larger problem. It may mean diagnosing stress or disease and developing a treatment plan. And sometimes it means telling a homeowner that the tree can be left alone.
The goal is to leave customers with more than completed tree work. They should understand their trees better when Tree Masters leaves than they did when we arrived.
